In plain words

You should recognize the hidden force that drives you to do wrong, even when you sincerely wish to act rightly. Sometimes, despite your pursuit of jnana, which is spiritual wisdom and knowledge, you might feel dragged into harmful actions as if compelled by an external power. Understanding what triggers this inner conflict is the first step toward reclaiming your self-control.
