मोक्षसंन्यासयोग

सुखं त्विदानीं त्रिविधं शृणु मे भरतर्षभ | अभ्यासाद्रमते यत्र दुःखान्तं च निगच्छति ||१८-३६||

sukhaṃ tvidānīṃ trividhaṃ śṛṇu me bharatarṣabha . abhyāsādramate yatra duḥkhāntaṃ ca nigacchati ||18-36||

In plain words

A little of this pleasure experienced by the Self must result in the cessation of pain. This pleasure is threefold in its nature and I will describe its aspects in turn. O Arjuna.

Translation

18.36 Now hear from Me, O Arjuna, the threefold division of pleasure৷৷. that in which a man rejoices by long practice and in which he comes to the end of pain;

Meaning

A little of this pleasure experienced by the Self must result in the cessation of pain. This pleasure is threefold in its nature and I will describe its aspects in turn. O Arjuna. (Cf. VI.20 30).
